1/2 SLAB RIBS

Oh my gosh!!!!  It’s so tender, soft, juicy and heaven-gasmic in the mouth. The BBQ sauce on the ribs sufficed that you didn’t need to add more. The Rum BBQ baked beans was awesome. The rum must’ve made love to the BBQ beans because it was so tasty.

FULL SLAB RIBS

The ribs are delicious! I split a full slab with my friend and they fall off the bone relatively easily, have the authentic smoky flavor, the sauce provided has a tangy explosion of flavor to it. The sweet tea is decent, and the potato salad is above par, being nice and creamy and smooth with proportionally sized potato chunks.
