Slab
Seasoned and smoked perfectly. Didn't need BBQ sauce at all. It fell right off the bone. The end pieces were the best.
Rib Sandwich
Best ribs ever! I referred Fat Matt's to businesses, family and friends. They've remained dedicated customers now for years. Some more recent and now customers for life. I used them for my early retirement party as well. If you haven't tried them, you're missing out. Brunswich stew is also amazing! What are you waiting for? Treat yourself today!
Collard Greens
I've been to St.Louis and Memphis well known for their ribs and this place stacked right up there with them. The way they put them on the grill to get that mayard reaction before serving is genius. The collard greens and potato salad was the cherry on top. The only regret I have is ordering to go. They had a great Blues band playing and I wish I would have sat and ate there to enjoy the live music. Will definitely be back to sit and enjoy the ambiance while eating those delicious ribs.
Rib Sandwich
I am from Kansas City, so I don't play about my BBQ and let me tell you thos place knows what they ate doing. The first time I ordered was on the word of someonw from Oklahoma, and she knee that if she didn't get it right, I had to bypass her house to geet to mine. I ordered half a slab of ribs, sat in the car and bit into it, before I could finish it, I went back in and ordered another.
Potato Salad
Not all potato salads are the same that being said this is one of the good ones. Standard recipe but seasoned appropriately
Chopped Pork Sandwich with Chips

Rib Sandwich
I came all the way from Cleveland, Ohio to eat at Fat Matt's, and it was worth it!
Slab
This is the closest BBQ you will get to Kansas City BBQ, and baby....we know our BBQ. The meat settles on your tongue like they have been acquainted for quite some time and the tongue tango is nothing new. Make sure you are relaxed if you eat a lot, it's sure to give you the itis.
Slab
These ribs are scrumptious. The meat is flavorful and tender. I was visiting from Philadelphia.
Mac & Cheese
Easily the one of the best Mac n cheeses in at a bbq joint in Atlanta. I'm actually a fan of pepper in my man n cheese
